Down stream of the Mokoroa Waterfalls was this forest stream scene. I liked the way the rocks created a good leading line, and how the vegetation hung low and densely over the water.

This scene emphasises the importance of a good pair of hiking boots, as this track involved numerous stream crossings. I had to stand in the water to get the composition I wanted.

To see below the water surface to the rocks below, I used a circular polarising filter.
